Nutrition Counseling Specifics

Choosing both to change your food, a methodology and a person to guide your through the process is no small endeavor. I want to honor you for finding your way here and considering me to be a part of your healing team. Thank you!


That said, Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig this is not. We work together to find the foods that work for and against you, investigating the root causes of your health challenge as well as the behaviors and beliefs that likely started your unsupportive and sabotaging choices to begin with. It is my mission to compassionately lead your through the process and I commit to doing so 110%. 


Should you choose Intuit Nutrition, I ask only that you bring 100% of your own commitment to our sessions, and that means coming with an open mind, an adventurous spirt and ready to practice new eating and lifestyle habits.


For those ready to shed old, self-sabotaging habits and step into the person they are meant to be, I completely expect and anticipate that you will have questions about my philosophy and approach to nutrition before booking an appointment.

To do so, contact me at 315-416-7776. If after our conversation you feel we would be a good fit, then we can go ahead and make the initial appointment.


If you know in your heart of hearts we are a match made in Health Heaven (or Reiki, Ancestral Clearing or Biofeedback Heaven for that matter), then by all means, take that wonderful proactive energy and book your appointment.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

As a small, service-based business, a no-show or last-minute cancellation prevents me from the potential of filling that slot. A $25 deposit is required to hold the space. Thus the following policy has been created:


In general, no reschedules or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment. 


If a last-minute emergency should arise, please text at 315-416-7776. 


Please contact me 24 hours in advance for cancellations. I do understand that last-minute emergencies come up, but for repetitive cancellations or no-shows (2 or more) will require a non-refundable payment of services up-front for all future appointments. In an effort to maintain scheduling for all clients throughout the day. please note that service appointments will end in a timely manner. This policy includes arriving late to your scheduled appointment. Should you arrive late, I will continue to conduct the service scheduled, but it will have to end at the originally planned time without a prorated price point. 


** Winter note: It's upstate NY. Being mindful of the weather is just good safety sense. Plus, not for nothing, this work is meant to bring relaxation and peace of mind. When roads are icy, expect to reschedule.  If we have to cancel due to weather I will offer you an alternate date.

In General, No Health Insurance Accepted

Back to being a small business, ....


As a sole practitioner, I don't possess the logistical means to track and/or chart the innumerable types insurance and their respective codes necessary to submit claims.

Thus I can not accept insurance.


That said, those with health savings accounts have ALWAYS been able to use them to pay for my services. The process is: Clients pay me, I print out/send an invoice, clients submit said invoice and the insurance company reimburses  the amount of my fees.
